By Ute Wiedner Young researchers and lecturers from TU Graz and TU Darmstadt present projects for a joint funding framework for budding scientists on 2nd May. Rectors will then sign the extension to the programme. Computer science, mathematics, geodesy and materials science. These are just some of the specialist areas in which TU Graz and TU Darmstadt traditionally work together very closely. Since signing the strategic partnership agreement in July 2017, both universities of technology have made funds available to support young researchers and cooperation projects in teaching in particular. The meeting scheduled for 2nd May at TU Graz should further strengthen cooperation at all university levels. After the project presentations in the current round of bids, TU Graz Rector Harald Kainz and Hans Jürgen Prömel, President of TU Darmstadt, will sign the extension of the joint funding programme in an official ceremony in the evening.
