This is what postdocs who attend my course "Secrets of Academia" as part of the UNISTARTwiss programme tell me again and again. Therefore, I decided to adapt the content of this course specifically for those who find themselves exactly in this situation: Master students and PhD candidates who are at (or even before) the starting point of their academic careers.
