As part of German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier's state visit to Austrian President Alexander Van der Bellen, First Ladies Doris Schmidauer and Elke Büdenbender, as well as German Family Minister Karin Prien, visited the Examination Center for Victims of Violence at the Medical University of Vienna on 22 October 2025.
