All incoming students who are spending their semesters in Salzburg this year were invited by the Salzburg University Conference (SHK) to start the semester with a joint international kick-off.
The exchange students from Salzburg University of Applied Sciences also had the opportunity to attend the annual SHK Welcome Event together. At the opening evening, they were invited - together with the international students from the other 5 Salzburg universities - to exchange ideas, network and get to know Salzburg better as a university location.
The Salzburg University Conference (SHK) is a co-operation initiative of the six universities in Salzburg.
International affairs
Internationalisation is a central focus at Salzburg University of Applied Sciences. Every year, around 180 students at Salzburg University of Applied Sciences take advantage of the opportunity to spend a semester or internship abroad. Over 160 students from abroad are welcomed as incomings at one of the four SUAS locations.
