Journalists play a crucial role in exposing human rights violations in times of peace and particularly in times of war. Investigating and reporting about human rights violations not only comes with a great risk for the lives of journalists, they also bear great responsibilities to report in an objective, ethical and objective manner. Olha Bozhko, a journalist, filmmaker and human rights defender, presents her work and the work of the human rights protection group SICH to identify and document war crimes in the ongoing conflict and to provide free legal assistance to victims.
