Dr. Eloide Kilp, of the Department of Romantic Studies, was awarded the Prêmio Itamaraty de Diplomacia Cultural. The prize was awarded for her extraordinary commitment to Brazilian cultural education.
Dr. Eloide Kilp arbeitet seit 2003 als Vertragslehrerin für Portugiesisch und brasilianische Kulturstudien. Mit Aufnahme ihrer Tätigkeit für die Universität Salzburg hat sie die brasilianische Sprachprüfung CELPE-Bras nach Österreich geholt und einen regen Studentenaustausch mit brasilianischen Universitäten initiiert. Sie richtet seit elf Jahren das Brasilianische Filmfestival in Salzburg aus. Zusammen mit den diversen Kunstund Literaturveranstaltungen brasilianischer Künstler am Veranstaltungsort Salzburg ergibt sich ein Bild einer herausragenden Einzelleistung, die mit dem ‘Prêmio Itamaraty de Diplomacia Cultural’ gewürdigt wird.

The KinderUNI wanders into the city districts with their Knowhow, their teachers, topics and their infrastructure on July 5 and 6.
