HES - SO University of Applied Sciences and Arts Western Switzerland - Geneva is recruiting for the Geneva School of Business Administration (HEG), department Business Administration (Economie d’entreprise) An Associate Professor in Sustainability, strategy and societal innovation Or An Assistant Professor in Sustainability, strategy and societal innovation With conditional pre-tenure The Geneva School of Business Administration is part of the HES - SO University of Applied Sciences and Arts Western Switzerland - Geneva education system aiming to train future university - level professionals.

Description Teach in the fields of management strategy, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and societal innovation at the Bachelor and Master levels, as well as in continuing education programmes. Teaching is given in French. Supervise Bachelor and Master theses Carry out mandates Develop and manage applied research projects Promote project results through academic publications and conferences, and articles in the media Ensure management and administrative tasks related to teaching and research

Requirements University degree in the field covered by the position, at least a Master’s degree, preferably a doctorate/PhD Minimum 5 years of professional experience related to the teaching domain Several years of University - level teaching experience Proven experience in managing research projects Academic publications in international peer - reviewed journals Flexibility, autonomy, organisational skills and initiative Specificities: High flexibility in scheduling is expected to meet school needs In the event that the selected candidate does not meet all the necessary conditions for the title of Associate Professor (class 25), a fixed - term contract for a maximum of 6 years in the position of A ssistant P rofessor with conditional pre - tenure (class 23 ) may be offered.
